Abstract
This article analyzes the high-frequency induction quenching microstructure of 55 steel shafts, and verifies various factors that affect the quenching microstructure, such as the matrix structure of the shaft, induction heating power, heating time, quenching liquid concentration, etc. Finally, effective measures to improve the metallographic structure of 55 steel induction quenching are proposed.
