  • The definition, basic principle, characteristics and future development trend of rolling process are systematically expounded. The structural advantages and disadvantages of aluminum box and steel box battery pack are analyzed and compared, and the stamping process and roll process are also compared, and a new technical scheme of steel box and roll process is proposed. This paper discusses the design formulation process from force analysis, manufacturing feasibility study, collision simulation analysis, sample collision test, optimization and improvement to verification and verification in detail.
