Development and application of welding procedure database management system

This paper discusses the basic status of database, database management and computer aided welding technology. This paper introduces a welding procedure database management system based on the Access proprietary development platform of relational database. This DBMS can realize the standardized management of welding basic data and technical documents, and the online editing, updating and publishing of procedure documents in local area network collaborative sharing, greatly improve the efficiency of welding technology management. The system architecture and program language remain open, can be updated and optimized according to the actual work needs.The whole system runs stably, and the data is safe and reliable.
