The design of environmental protection bearing steel ball quenching oil tank temperature control system

  • In heat treatment processes, the cooling performance of the quenching medium directly determines the internal quality of the workpiece and controls the degree of deformation of the parts. The temperature control of quenching media is often handled passively or by installing cooling towers for temperature reduction. However,cooling towers frequently fail to meet environmental requirements due to their high noise levels. Therefore, it is essential to design an environmentally friendly, low-noise quenching oil temperature control system for quenching oil tanks. This system aims to regulate the temperature of the quenching oil, reduce oil vapor emissions, decrease the noise of existing equipment, and address the challenges faced by businesses located near residential areas due to noise, which can adversely affect their operations.
