中厚板T形接头拐角焊缝机器人焊接工艺的研究

The research of the welding process of welding robot in the corner of the thick plate T - Shaped Weld Seam

  • 摘要: 本文以选用弧焊机器人焊接T形接头90°拐角焊缝为例,针对中厚板T形接头90°拐角焊缝处易产生堆积凸起、未熔合、脱节、咬边等缺陷,通过分析焊接轨迹点的设置、选用的焊接参数、焊枪角度等对焊缝质量的影响,进行了机器人焊接工艺的试验,优化了焊接轨迹点的设置、焊接参数、焊枪角度等.结果表明,正确设置焊接轨迹点、合理选用焊枪摆动功能及焊接参数等,提高了焊缝质量和效率,降低成本.
