船舶与海工平台建造焊接质量问题统计与分析

Statistics and analysis of welding quality problems in ship and offshore platform construction

  • 摘要: 对具有代表性的两艘船舶及两座海工平台建造现场存在的典型焊接质量问题进行了统计和分类.结果表明:焊接工艺和材料问题所占比例较高,约80%.重点阐明具体质量问题中居于前四位的未预热、预热/道间温度、焊接材料烘焙、焊缝清理不符合要求和工艺参数超范围等高频次问题的表现形式、危害和产生原因,并提出改善建议.为预防和减少建造中焊接质量问题的发生、保障和提高船舶及海工平台焊接质量提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Statistics and classification of typical welding quality problems present at the construction sites of two representative ships and two representative offshore platforms are carried out.The results indicate that welding processes and materials account for a relatively high proportion of the problems,accounting for nearly eighty percent.The manifestations,hazards,and causes of high-frequency problems such as non-preheating,preheating and interpass temperature,welding consumables baking,welding cleaning not meeting requirements,and process parameters exceeding the range are emphasized.Improvement suggestions are proposed to prevent and reduce the occurrence of welding quality problems during construction,and to provide reference for ensuring and improving the welding quality of ships and offshore platforms.
