Experimental study on welding procedure of low temperature thick plate S355NL for offshore engineering

  • 摘要: 采用药芯焊丝气体保护焊(FCAW)和埋弧焊(SAW)两种工艺分别焊接了70mm厚的S355NL试板,其中FCAW的焊接位置为横焊和立焊,验证了在不同热输入下的焊接接头性能.按照欧洲规范进行拉伸、弯曲、低温冲击(-50℃)、硬度和裂纹尖端张开位移试验(CTOD,-10℃).试验充分验证了选用焊接工艺的合理性,保证了厚板S355NL钢的海洋工程焊接质量.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,FCAW and SAW are used to weld 70mm thick S355NL test plates separately.The welding positions of FCAW are horizontal welding and vertical welding to verify the performance of welded joints within different heat input.Tensile,bending,low-temperature impact(-50℃),hardness and crack tip opening displacement testing(CTOD,-10℃)are carried out in accordance with European standards.The rationality of the selected welding process has been fully verified.The offshore engineering welding quality of thick plate S355NL is ensured.
