新型马氏体耐热钢G115焊接及焊后热处理工艺研究

  • 摘要: 随着我国超超临界燃煤机组技术的不断提高,机组参数越来越高,目前630℃参数超超临界机组已基本成熟,G115耐热钢成为当前我国630℃超超临界机组主蒸汽管道的唯一候选材料,将应用于超(超)临界锅炉的集箱、蒸汽管道、受热面管子等部件,其现场焊接及热处理工艺仍处于探索研究阶段.通过对国产新型马氏体耐热钢G115(以下简称G115钢)进行焊接及热处理工艺研究,系统分析了G115钢与现有其他同类型钢种性能,掌握了G115钢的焊接性能.结合已掌握的高合金大径厚壁管道焊接关键技术,制定了可行的焊接及热处理工艺.经检测,性能满足要求,为G115钢的推广应用提供了技术储备.

     

    Abstract: With the continuous improvement of China's ultra supercritical coal-fired power unit technology,the unit parameters are becoming higher and higher.At present,the 630℃parameter ultra supercritical unit has basically matured,and the new martensitic heat-resistant steel G115 has become the only candidate material for the main steam pipeline of China's 630℃ultra supercritical unit.It will be applied to the header,steam pipeline,heating surface pipe and other components of ultra supercritical boilers.The on-site welding and heat treatment process of this steel is still in the exploratory research stage.This article conducts research on the welding and heat treatment processes of the new martensitic heat-resistant steel G115,systematically analyzes the performance of G115 steel compared to other existing similar steel types,grasps the welding performance of G115 steel,and combines the key welding technologies of high alloy large diameter thick wall pipelines that our company has mastered to develop feasible welding and heat treatment processes.After inspection and testing,the performance meets the requirements,Provide technical reserves for the promotion and application of domestic new martensitic heat-resistant steel G115.
