不同退火温度对Ti-3873合金焊接接头组织与性能的影响
Effects of annealing at different temperatures on microstructure and properties of Ti-3873 alloy welded joints

摘要: 将经过激光焊接的Ti-3873合金进行450℃、550℃、650℃、750℃退火处理,并对其组织和性能进行了研究.结果表明:Ti-3873合金焊接接头试样经过退火处理后在热影响区晶粒内出现了孪晶.随着退火温度的增加,强度和平均硬度值呈先上升再下降趋势,在550℃退火后抗拉强度达到1279.27MPa的最高值.Ti-3873合金焊接接头650℃退火为最佳退火工艺.Abstract: Microstructure and properties of Ti-3873 alloy laser welded joints after annealed at 450℃,550℃,650℃,750℃,respectively were studied.The experimental results show that the twins are observed in the HAZ of Ti-3873 alloy laser welded joints.The strength and hardness elevate and then drop with annealing temperatures increasing.The tensile strength reaches the maximal value of 1279.27MPa after annealing at 550℃.The annealing at 650℃of Ti-3873 alloy welded joints is the optimal process.
