New heat treatment techniques to reduce quenching volume aberration of electric spindle

  • 摘要: 芯轴热处理质量的好坏直接决定了功能部件电主轴产品的使用性能和使用寿命.针对芯轴淬火体积变形过大的质量问题,通过采用可控气氛多用炉进行电主轴淬火,不但解决了盐浴热处理中长期困扰企业的环保问题,还解锁了可控气氛多用炉的新功能,保证了产品质量.该项工艺的试验成功,对芯轴关键功能部件热处理质量的提高具有重要意义.

     

    Abstract: The quality of heat treatment of mandrel directly determines the service performance and service life of functional components of electric spindle products.In view of the quality problem of excessive deformation of the core shaft quenching volume,the controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnace is used to quench the electric spindle,which not only solves the problem of environmental protection that has plagued enterprises for a long time in salt bath heat treatment,but also unlocks the new function of the controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnace to ensure product quality.The successful test of this process is of great significance to the improvement of heat treatment quality of key functional parts of mandrel.
