T形接头焊接过程的数值模拟

  • 摘要: T形接头作为一种有代表性的焊接接头,在压力容器、锅炉、起重机等设备中被广泛应用,但由于其结构的突变,在焊接接头位置容易出现应力集中现象,成为设备使用过程中的薄弱部位,所以保证T形焊接接头的焊接质量对整体设备的安全性至关重要.采用有限元分析软件对T形接头焊接过程进行数值模拟,分析焊接过程中的温度场和应力场变化,为T形接头的焊接提出合理化的建议.

     

    Abstract: T-type joint as a representative welded joint in pressure vessels,boilers,cranes and other equipment is widely used,but because of the sudden change of its structure,in the welding joint position is easy to stress concentration,become the weak part of the equipment in the use process,so to ensure the welding quality of T-type welded joint is crucial to the safety of the overall equipment.In this paper,the finite element analysis software will be used to simulate the welding process of T-type joint,analyze the changes of temperature field and stress field in the welding process,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the welding of T-type joint.
