钢桥焊接接头强韧匹配现状分析

Analysis of strength and toughness matching status of welded joints of steel bridges

  • 摘要: 综述了国内钢桥焊接接头强韧性匹配情况.钢板及焊接材料试验数据表明:原材料的强度波动范围较大,给强度匹配带来较大的难度,需要在原材料标准中对其强度范围进行限制;某些项目规定的焊缝强度限制指标缺乏理论依据,需要进行专题研究制定合理的波动范围.

     

    Abstract: The domestic steel bridge welded joint strength and toughness matching is reviewed.Steel plate and welding material test data show that:the range of raw materials fluctuation strength is large,bringing greater difficulties to strength match.Therefore,limitations on strength range is needed in raw material standerds;In some programs,the weld seam strength limitation index lack of theoretical basis.There is a need for thematic research to develop a reasonable range of fluctuations based on each cases.
