无损检测用焊缝试板裂纹缺陷制备技术研究

  • 摘要: 针对无损检测培训用焊缝试板裂纹缺陷的制备问题,开展了异种材料填充焊接工艺研究,经过裂纹机理分析,将铸铁、铜、高强钢和钨极4种材料作为异种填充材料进行碳素钢焊缝的焊接,制备内部和表面的焊接裂纹.采用超声波、磁粉、渗透等无损检测方法,对比验证4种材料填充焊接后获得的缺陷.结果表明:铜作为填充材料可导致较为理想的焊接裂纹,在各种无损检测验证下表现出较好的效果.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of preparation of crack defects in weld test plates for NDT training,this paper carried out research on different material filling welding technology.Through the crack mechanism analysis,cast iron,copper,high-strength steel and tungsten electrode were used as dissimilar filling materials to weld carbon steel welds and prepare internal and surface welding cracks.Ultrasonic,magnetic particle,penetration and other NDT methods were used to compare and verify the defects obtained after welding of four kinds of materials.The results show that copper as filling material can lead to more ideal welding cracks,and it shows better results under various NDT verification.
