工艺管道预制中细丝埋弧焊工艺研究及质量控制

Process research and quality control of fine wire submerged arc welding in process pipeline prefabrication

  • 摘要: 天然气处理厂存在大量的工艺管道预制工作,焊接工作量大,工期紧,为了提高生产效率,使用细丝埋弧焊方法,制定了20G和20G(抗硫)管道的焊接工艺.非酸性介质20G管道采用金属粉芯焊丝进行根焊,酸性介质20G(抗硫)管道根焊方式采用实心抗硫焊丝氩弧焊(或RMD)进行根焊,两种工艺管道均采用细丝埋弧焊填充、盖面.焊接工艺可覆盖管道壁厚为15~30m m,通过焊接工艺评定,证明该工艺满足生产需要.

     

    Abstract: There is a large amount of prefabrication of process pipelines in natural gas processing factories.Fine wire submerged arc automatic welding has been employed to weld 20G and 20G(sulfur-resistant)pipelines to improve production efficiency and solve the large welding workload and tight construction period issues.The metal powder cored welding wire was used for root welding of the 20G pipeline in non-acidic medium,while solid sulfur-resistant welding wire argon arc welding(or RMD)was used for root welding of the 20G(sulfur resistant)pipeline in acidic medium.Both process pipelines are filled and covered with fine wire submerged arc welding.The welding process can cover a pipeline wall thickness range from 15mm to 30mm,and meets production needs through welding process evaluation.
