20钢熔化衬垫自动焊工艺研究及力学性能分析

  • 摘要: 20钢因其优异的焊接性而应用于核工业领域,全位置自动焊技术可以大幅度提高核电管道安装效率.但是,常规的全位置自动焊技术因焊缝会出现凹陷等质量问题而限制其进一步应用,为此将针对20钢进行研究,采用熔化衬垫自动焊工艺来实现焊接.研究结果表明:焊接时,衬垫被放置在焊前填充金属的位置,经过打底焊后,衬垫会与焊缝根处完全熔合,成为焊缝的一部分.针对20钢自动焊工艺的研究和接头性能的分析,表明使用熔化衬垫可以解决全位置管道自动焊在仰焊位置上出现凹陷的问题,并且获得的焊接接头符合核电建造标准要求.

     

    Abstract: Research on 20 steel has been conducted due to its excellent weldability in the nuclear industry.Full-position automatic welding technology can greatly improve the installation efficiency of nuclear power pipelines.However,the conventional full-position automatic welding technology will have quality problems such as depression and limit its further application.Thus,this study focused on the 20 steel,utilizing an automated welding process with melting pad to achieve welding.The research results indicated that the pad was placed in the position of the filling metal before welding,and during the initial welding process,the pad fused completely with the weld root and became a part of the weld seam.The study on the automated welding process and joint performance analysis of the 20 steel showed that the use of melting pad could effectively solve the problem of depression in the automatic welding of the pipe in an upward welding position and meet the requirements of nuclear power construction standards for the welded joint.
