基于熔池特征的激光填丝焊熔透预测技术研究

  • 摘要: 焊缝质量是影响焊接产品使用性能和寿命的重要因素,为保证激光焊接质量就必须在焊接过程中对熔透状态进行实时监测,进而通过及时调整焊接参数避免缺陷的产生.针对316L不锈钢薄板进行激光填丝焊,通过改变焊接参数来得到不同熔透状态的焊缝成形,并采用Xiris熔池相机获取焊接过程中熔池上方图像,观察不同熔透状态下熔池及等离子体区域变化.结果表明:当焊缝完全熔透时,通过熔池相机观察到的等离子体区域亮度变化剧烈,经图像处理后得到的灰度值波动幅度大,而当焊缝未熔透时得到的结果相反.根据特征提取结果,对9组试件进行了预测,得出该预测方法下熔透判断准确率达88%,为激光焊在熔透性研究方面提供了实施基础和理论依据,在实际生产中有着广泛的应用价值,同时也为同行提供了借鉴和参考,促进了激光焊接技术的发展.

     

    Abstract: Welding quality is an important factor affecting the performance and life of welded products.In order to ensure the quality of laser welding,it is necessary to monitor the state of penetration in the welding process,and then adjust the welding parameters to avoid defects.In this paper,laser fillet welding is carried out for 316L stainless steel.The weld formation with different melt states is obtained by changing the welding parameters,Xiris molten pool camera is used to obtain the image above the molten pool during the welding process,to observe the change of the molten pool and the plasma region under different melt states.The results show that when the weld is completely fused,the brightness of the plasma region observed by the melt pool camera varies drastically,and the fluctuation of the grayscale value obtained after image processing is large,while the opposite result is obtained when the weld is not fused.According to the results of feature extraction,9 groups of specimens were predicted,and it was concluded that the accuracy of melting penetration judgment under the prediction method reached 88%,which provided the implementation basis and theoretical basis for laser welding in the study of melting penetration,and had a wide range of application value in the actual production,and at the same time,it also provided reference and reference for the same industry,and promoted the development of laser welding technology.
