不同固溶处理工艺对N08120镍合金性能的影响

Effect of different solid solution heat treatment processes on the properties of N08120 nickel alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了1110~1190℃固溶处理工艺对N08120镍合金钢板的力学性能和组织的影响.结果表明:随着固溶处理温度的提高,合金的塑性和表面耐蚀性变好;在1190℃下,随着固溶时间的增加,合金的塑性和表面耐蚀性先变好再变差.

     

    Abstract: Investigated the effect of solid solution heat treatment process at 1110~1190℃on the mechanical properties and microstructure of N08120 nickel alloy steel plate.The results show that as the solution treatment temperature increases,the plasticity and surface corrosion resistance of the alloy improve;Below 1190℃,as the solid solution time increases,the plasticity and surface corrosion resistance of the alloy first improve and then deteriorate.
