Failure analysis of transmission gears

  • 摘要: 某机N2传感器主动齿轮、从动齿轮存在严重磨损和部分齿牙断裂故障.主动齿轮、从动齿轮的材料牌号为12Cr2Ni4A钢,表面经碳氮共渗处理.采用宏观断口观察、能谱成分分析、扫描电镜观察及金相观察,对齿轮磨损及断裂的性质进行了研究.结果表明:主动齿轮、从动齿轮发生故障的原因为配合异常导致的疲劳断裂及磨损.

     

    Abstract: The driving and driven gears of N2 sensor of a certain machine have serious wear and some teeth are broken.The material brand of the driving and driven gears is 12Cr2Ni4A steel,and the surface is treated by cyanidation.The properties of gear wear and fracture were studied by means of macroscopic fracture observation,energy spectrum composition analysis,scanning electron microscope observation and metallographic observation.The results show that the failure of driving and driven gears is caused by fatigue fracture and wear caused by abnormal matching.
