    Abstract: The detection technology of temperature uniformity and system precision of heat treatment furnace is an important means to ensure the quality of heat treatment process,and its development will tend to be intelligent and automated,focusing on accuracy and practicality,and promoting the improvement of heat treatment process and the development of industrial production.In practical applications,we need to choose the appropriate detection technology according to different furnace types and process conditions,and carry out regular maintenance and calibration to ensure the stability and controllability of the heat treatment furnace.The article discusses its importance and status in the heat treatment industry,and introduces the specific implementation plan of a company in the process of carrying out the project testing for the reference of relevant personnel.
