激光选区熔化TA15材料缺陷分布研究

Study on defect distribution of SLM TA15 material

  • 摘要: 激光选区熔化(SLM)技术可以实现复杂构件的高精度快速制造,虽然在航空航天领域得到了广泛应用,但成形件内部难以避免地会存在缺陷.针对实际产品的SLM成形工艺改进和确定产品质量验收条件的需要,采用扫描电镜对与实际产品相同工艺制备的T A15材料试样开展了缺陷分布研究.结果表明:试样内部主要存在气孔和未熔合缺陷,不同厚度试样的缺陷均呈现相同的分布规律,即未熔合缺陷主要分布于试样的表面区域,气孔缺陷主要为无规则的弥散分布,整体而言,缺陷的分布呈现一定的聚集性趋势.

     

    Abstract: Selective laser melting(SLM)technology can achieve high precision and rapid manufacturing of complex components,it has been widely used in the aerospace industry,however,it is inevitable that there will be defects inside the formed parts.For improving the SLM forming process of actual products and determining the acceptance conditions of product quality,the defect distribution of TA15 samples prepared by the same process as the actual product was studied by SEM,the results show that:there are mainly blowholes and non-fusion defects in the sample,samples with different thicknesses show the same distribution law,non-fusion defects are mainly distributed in the surface area of the sample,blowholes are mainly irregular and diffuse distribution,on the whole,the distribution of defects shows a certain aggregation trend.
