高端铝合金表面激光熔覆耐磨耐蚀涂层关键技术研究进展

  • 摘要: 高端铝合金构件广泛应用于航空航天、石油化工及氢能储运等领域,但其表面存在耐蚀性与耐磨性差、强度与硬度低、晶粒粗化和表面橘皮等缺陷,进而限制其极端环境下的高性能安全服役,因此提高铝合金构件的表面质量和服役性能极为重要.激光熔覆作为铝合金构件表面改性和修复的有效技术,通过选取合适的熔覆材料在铝合金构件表面熔覆耐磨耐蚀、高强度涂层,可有效解决铝合金构件表面性能差、服役寿命短等问题.由于铝合金特殊的物理和化学性能,如熔点低、反光率大、润湿性差、稀释率大,以及易出现气孔、裂纹等问题,所以对铝合金构件表面激光熔覆带来挑战.因此,针对高端铝合金表面激光熔覆高性能涂层面临的技术难题,以提高铝合金构件表面服役强度、耐磨耐蚀性能为目标,综合分析了铝合金表面激光熔覆高性能涂层所涉及的基本理论、制备方法、涂层组织、服役性能及应用前景,该研究为铝合金复杂构件表面激光熔覆制备高性能涂层提供了理论参考.

     

    Abstract: High-grade aluminum alloy components are widely applied for aerospace,petrochemical,liquid nitrogen hydrogen storage,etc.It shows a high research value in engineering applications due to its high yield,light material,and high plasticity.However,the service of aluminum alloy components is affected by manufacturing surface defects,such as poor corrosion and wear resistance,low strength and hardness,coarsening of grain,surface orange peel,etc.Therefore,further applications are limited and large-scale industrial production is not possible.Generally,surface properties of aluminum alloys can be improved by surface treatment methods.Nowadays,more surface treatment technologies are applied to aluminum alloy surfaces to exploit their industrial application value.In this paper,key technologies for the preparation of high-performance coatings by laser cladding were introduced.The current status of research on laser cladding coatings for aluminum alloys is presented.A comparative analysis of the technologies regarding the improvement of the surface properties of aluminum alloy substrates is presented in recent years.High hardness,corrosion resistance,and wear resistance coatings are successfully prepared.Then,problems in laser cladding of aluminum alloy substrates are presented.The laser reflectivity of the aluminum alloy surface is calculated.Different techniques to improve the surface properties of aluminum alloy substrates are presented.The effect of different elements on the coating of aluminum alloy substrates is analyzed.Ultimately,the use of laser cladding techniques in combination with other techniques is discussed to enhance the properties of aluminum alloy substrates.The laser power and coating material are modified to obtain superior coatings.The microstructure,corrosion and wear resistances of the coating were analyzed.And the application prospect of aluminum alloy surface coating was prospected.
