  • 摘要: 为解决邮轮建造过程中薄板焊接变形带来的装配工艺差、交付周期长、承载能力弱等一系列问题,利用TRIZ理论对薄板焊接变形进行了研究,首先建立焊接过程功能模型,通过焊接变形原因映射图快速、精准定位影响因素;随后结合矛盾矩阵确定拟采用的发明原理,从而提出改进方案.此外,TRIZ理论在邮轮薄板焊接变形控制的运用,为在邮轮建造过程中的应用提供方法参考.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve a series of problems,such as poor fitting process,long delivery cycle,weak carrying capacity and so on,caused by welding deformation of thin plate in the process of cruise ship construction,this paper utilized the TRIZ theory to investigate the welding deformation of thin plate.Firstly,a functional model of the welding process was established,and the influencing factors were quickly and precisely located by the mapping diagram of the causes of welding deformation;subsequently,the proposed invention principle was determined by combining with the contradiction matrix,so as to put forward the improvement.In addition,the application of TRIZ theory in controlling the welding deformation of thin plate on cruise ships provides a reference for the application in the construction process of cruise ships.
