  • 摘要: 结合生产实际,通过对B S700高强钢试件的焊接试验和B S700高强钢臂架的焊接实践,从焊接工艺方法、焊缝的外观检查、超声波检测、力学性能检测,以及B S700高强钢臂架焊接生产的焊接变形控制、焊后质量检测等多方面进行了阐述,提供了一种B S700高强钢臂架的焊接工艺方法,为同类产品的工艺实践提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Combined with the actual production,through the welding test of BS700 high-strength steel specimen and the welding practice of BS700 high-strength steel boom,the paper expounds the welding process,weld appearance inspection,ultrasonic flaw detection,mechanical property detection,welding deformation control and post-welding quality inspection of BS700 high-strength steel boom welding production.A welding process method of BS700 high strength steel boom is provided,which provides a reference for the process practice of similar products.
