  • 摘要: 为了确保海上风电导管架制作的可靠性和安全性,焊接接头的断裂行为研究就变得至关重要.通过分别从CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)的概念和某产品CTOD试验方法介绍焊接接头断裂韧度评定,为海上风电行业提供一种新型的设计和评估方法,以提高海上风电导管架的性能和可持续发展能力;同时,对比其经济性和高效性,为推广应用提供数据支持.

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the reliability and safety of offshore wind jacket fabrication,the study of the fracture behavior of welded joints becomes crucial.This paper introduces the fracture toughness assessment of welded joints from the concept of CTOD and the CTOD test method,and provides a new design and evaluation method for the offshore wind industry to improve the performance and sustainable development of offshore wind power jackets;At the same time,compare its economy and efficiency,and provide data support for promoting applications.
