压力容器用钢焊接接头组织与性能研究

Microstructure and property analysis of welded joint of pressure vessel steel

  • 摘要: 使用GTAW+SMAW组合焊法焊接Q345R钢获得焊接接头,研究其显微组织和力学性能.结果表明:Q345R钢的母材组织为呈带状分布的铁素体和珠光体,焊缝组织中细小的铁素体和珠光体分布均匀,热影响区中的显微组织为铁素体和珠光体.对焊接接头进行拉伸和冲击试验,可以判断出其力学性能符合要求.通过硬度检测,发现Q345R钢焊接接头焊缝金属的硬度值最高,热影响区硬度次之,母材的硬度最低.

     

    Abstract: Using GTAW+SMAW combined welding method to weld Q345R steel,obtain welded joints,study its microstructure and mechanical properties,the results show that the base material of Q345R steel is organized as a ribbon distribution of ferrite and pearlite,fine ferrite and pearlite distribution is uniform in welded joint area,and the microstructure in the heat affected zone is ferrite and pearlite.The tensile and impact tests of welded joints show that their mechanical properties meet the requirements.It is found that the hardness of Q345R welded joint in weld metal is the highest,followed by that of heat-affected zone,and the hardness of base metal is lowest.
