Research on weld formation of CMT welding S32101 duplex stainless steel

  • 摘要: 研究了S32101双相不锈钢CMT焊接参数(焊接电流、送丝速度、焊接速度)对焊缝成形特性的影响,结果表明:熔宽随着送丝速度增大而增大,随着焊接速度和保护气体流量的增大而减小;熔深随着送丝速度的增大先减小后增大,随着焊接速度和保护气体流量的增大而减小;余高随着送丝速度增大而不断增大,随着焊接速度的增大而减小,随着保护气体流量的增大先增大后减少.这些研究结果对优化双相不锈钢的CMT焊接技术,促进海洋工程、核电设施等领域的发展具有十分重要的意义.

     

    Abstract: This article studies the influence of welding process parameters(welding current,wire feeding speed,welding speed)on the forming characteristics of S32101 duplex stainless steel CMT welding.The results show that the melt width increases with the increase of wire feeding speed,but decreases with the increase of welding speed and shielding gas flow rate;The penetration depth decreases first and then increases with the increase of wire feeding speed,and decreases with the increase of welding speed and shielding gas flow rate;The excess height increases continuously with the increase of wire feeding speed,decreases with the increase of welding speed,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of protective gas flow rate.These research results are of great significance for optimizing the CMT welding technology of duplex stainless steel and promoting the development of marine engineering,nuclear power facilities,and other fields.
