  • 摘要: 介绍了锅炉集箱部件在制造过程中因不均匀焊接、热循环导致弯曲变形而进行火焰矫正的工艺方法和注意事项,比较了国内外锅炉行业标准和钢结构建造标准对热矫正的规定和指导性条款,考虑到热矫正对材料性能可能产生的不利影响,建议锅炉行业工艺规范标准化.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the methods and precautions of flame straightening process for boiler header parts in the manufacturing due to bending deformation caused by uneven welding and thermal cycling,compares the provisions and guiding clauses of flame straightening in boiler industry standards and steel structure fabrication standards at home and abroad,and considers that flame straightening may have adverse effects on material properties,and suggests that the boiler industry should standardize it.
