T91-奥氏体不锈钢异种钢接头热处理工艺研究

  • 摘要: 为解决SA-213T91+SA-213TP347HFG异种钢接头因热处理温度高引起热膨胀应力过大而拉裂的问题,设计6种SA-213T91+SA-213TP347HFG异种钢对接接头焊后热处理工艺,对6组不同热处理工艺后的显微组织和力学性能试验进行对比分析.结果表明:不同热处理规范下接头力学性能皆合格,可满足工艺质量制造要求,模拟确定了此类异种钢接头允许的最低热处理规范为715℃×1.5h,优化了此类异种钢对接接头的热处理规范,也为现场服务或返修焊接时选取合理的热处理温度提供了参照.

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of excessive stress caused by thermal expansion caused by high heat treatment temperature of SA-213T91+SA-213TP347HFG dissimilar steel joints,six post weld heat treatment processes for SA-213T91+ SA-213TP347HFG dissimilar steel butt joints were designed.The microstructure and mechanical properties of six sets of different heat treatment processes were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the joints under different heat treatment specifications were qualified,which can meet the requirements of process quality manufacturing,The minimum allowable heat treatment specification for this type of dissimilar steel joint was determined to be 715℃/1.5h through simulation,and the heat treatment specification for this type of dissimilar steel butt joint was optimized.This also provides a reference for selecting a reasonable heat treatment temperature during on-site service or repair welding.
