Influence of tempering process on hardness of 431 stainless steel forgings

  • 摘要: 以431不锈钢锻件为研究对象,重点探讨431不锈钢锻件在670℃、690℃、720℃、740℃温度下回火处理后的硬度变化,同时研究了431不锈钢锻件在经历不同回火次数后的硬度性能,并进行了不同热处理状态下的组织机理分析,以探究适宜的回火工艺,满足不同标准(使用条件)的组织与性能要求.

     

    Abstract: This article takes 431 stainless steel forging as the research object,focusing on the hardness change of 431 stainless steel forgings after tempering at 670℃,690℃,720℃and 740℃.Meanwhile,the hardness properties of 431 stainless steel forgings after different tempering times are studied,and the microstructure mechanism analysis is carried out under different heat treatment states,to explore the appropriate tempering process to meet the organization and performance requirements of different standards(conditions of use).
