  • 摘要: 通过对热处理工艺参数、设备、装炉方式等方面进行了大量的基础性研究,经多次试验确认工装悬挂渗碳淬火是最优的装炉方式,采用φ3m大型井式渗碳炉悬挂渗碳淬火,渗碳不出炉冷至620℃重新加热,170℃硝盐分级淬火,该工艺方法能有效控制热处理变形,并获得最佳的性能,同时有效提升了生产效率,该工艺技术的研究与应用对产品性能的提高具有重要的意义.

     

    Abstract: Through a lot of basic research on heat treatment process parameters,equipment,loading method and so on,it has been confirmed by many tests that suspension carburizing and quenching is the best method of furnace loading;Using φ3m large well carburizing furnace to suspend carburizing hardening,after carburizing,do not come out of the furnace and cool to 620℃ and then reheat,fractional quenching with nitrate at 170℃;This process method can effectively control the heat treatment deformation,obtain the best performance,and effectively improve the production efficiency.The research results of this process technology have important significance for the improvement of product performance.
