Quality control method of decarburized layer in heat treatment of roller furnace of bearing ring

  • 摘要: 在轴承套圈的马氏体分级盐浴热处理中,在确保可控气氛质量的前题下,对轴承套圈在辊棒炉热处理过程中的质量控制及设备特点进行分析,重点解决质量管控难点——脱碳层深度的控制方法.

     

    Abstract: In the martensitic graded salt bath heat treatment of bearing rings,while ensuring the quality of controllable atmosphere,the quality control and equipment characteristics of bearing rings in the roller furnace heat treatment process are analyzed,with a focus on solving the difficulty of quality control:the method of controlling the depth of decarburization layer.
