  • 摘要: 某30CrMnSiA钢零件储存于西南某仓库,在出库过程中突然断裂,针对此断裂的现象,采用宏观观察、断口形貌分析、化学成分分析、显微组织检测等手段,进行失效分析.结果表明:零件腐蚀缝隙宽度约0.089mm,缝隙面附着大面积黑棕沉积物;能谱显示断口附近存在腐蚀介质Cl、F,XRD物相分析表明存在NaCl、Fe3O4,分析其失效原因为缝隙腐蚀与应力的耦合作用的结果.

     

    Abstract: A certain 30CrMnSiA component was stored in a warehouse in Southwest China.During the process of being taken out from the warehouse,it suddenly fractured.In order to analyze the failure of this fracture,various methods such as macroscopic observation,fracture surface morphology analysis,chemical composition analysis,and microscopic structure analysis were employed.The results indicate that the corrosion gap width of the component is approximately 0.089mm,with a large area of dark brown deposits adhering to the gap surface.Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)reveals the presence of corrosive media Cl and F near the fracture surface,and X-ray diffraction(XRD)phase analysis indicates the presence of NaCl and Fe3O4.The analysis suggests that the failure is attributed to the coupled effect of gap corrosion and stress.
