  • 摘要: 矿用液压油箱结构复杂,设计过程中容易出现注重油箱的功能性而忽视了油箱施工的工艺性,从而造成有的零件加工难度大或有的位置焊接施工难度大,甚至出现无法施焊的情况,这样就不容易使产品达到其应有的设计性能.因此在产品首台试制阶段,对油箱的某些结构做适度改善,以提升制造工艺性是很有必要的.主要从下料及焊接两方面入手,介绍了对一种大型矿用挖掘机液压油箱结构所做的工艺改进.

     

    Abstract: The structure of mining hydraulic oil tanks is complex,and in the design process,it is easy to focus on the functionality of the tank while neglecting the craftsmanship of tank construction,resulting in difficulties in processing some parts or welding construction in some positions,and even the inability to weld.This makes it difficult for the product to achieve its expected design performance.Therefore,it is necessary to make moderate improvements to certain structures of the oil tank during the first trial production stage of the product to improve manufacturing process.This article mainly describes the process improvements made to the hydraulic oil tank structure of a large mining excavator from two aspects:cutting and welding.
