大型相交圆管相贯线焊接坡口加工研究

  • 摘要: 为了实现对大型相交管件相贯坡口复杂曲面结构的加工,达到相贯线上任一点的焊接夹角都相等的要求,运用解析几何法分别对相贯线、坡口曲线及其展开线进行数学建模,通过数控编程软件将数学模型转化为空间曲线,并以此构建坡口曲面实体模型,完成数控加工编程、数控铣床对相贯线坡口曲面加工.

     

    Abstract: In order to fulfill the ability of machining capability of complex surface structure which was facing intersecting groove of large-scale intersecting pipes,to ensure that the included angle of welding at any point on the intersecting line was the same.Firstly,the mathematical models were built by using the method of analytic geometry for the intersecting line,groove curve and it's expansion line;secondly,the mathematical models were transformed into a space curve through the CNC programming software,and the groove surface model was built based on this;finally,the machining of intersecting groove surface was completed by using CNC machining programming and CNC milling machine.
