厚壁构件窄间隙激光焊接在线监测数据库设计

  • 摘要: 在线监测系统数据库是评估焊接质量的重要依据,可以提供很多工艺参数的实时跟踪和记录.对于激光焊接,其焊接质量是激光功率、光斑大小、焊接速度及各种影响因素综合作用的结果.激光功率和焊接速度是制约及影响激光焊接质量的重要因素,其包含了大量的反映焊接工艺性能及焊接质量特性的信息.通过设计在线监测数据库系统,收集足够的焊接参数,通过系统中工艺参数曲线波形回放和信号分析功能,分析工艺参数的变化来研究焊接过程的变化,进而对焊接过程出现的焊接缺陷进行分析,最终形成一套能够准确反映焊接质量的数据库.

     

    Abstract: The online monitoring system database is an important basis for evaluating welding quality,and can provide real-time tracking and recording of many process parameters.For laser welding,welding quality is the result of the combined effect of laser power,spot size,welding speed,and various influencing factors.Laser power and welding speed are important factors that restrict and affect the quality of laser welding,which contain a large amount of information reflecting the characteristics of welding process performance and welding quality.This article designs an online monitoring database system to collect sufficient welding parameters.Through the playback of process parameter curve waveforms and signal analysis functions in the system,the changes in process parameters are analyzed to study the changes in the welding process.Furthermore,the welding defects that occur during the welding process are analyzed,ultimately forming a database that can accurately reflect the welding quality.
