电器分线箱手持激光焊气孔抑制工艺研究

Study on porosity suppression technology of hand-held laser welding of electrical distribution box

  • 摘要: 针对2mm不锈钢电器分线箱手持激光焊气孔率高达4%的现象,分析了气孔产生的原因,通过一系列焊接工艺试验,确定了采用脉冲激光焊接、控制装配间隙≤0.1mm、优化激光功率为1400W左右、降低气体流量为18L/min、增加摆宽3mm、摆幅30Hz的焊接工艺,可有效抑制电器分线箱对接焊缝和外角立焊焊缝气孔的产生.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon that the gas hole ratio of 2mm stainless steel electrical distribution box is as high as 4%by hand-held laser welding,the reasons of porosity are analyzed.Through a series of welding process tests,The welding process of pulsed laser welding,controlling assembly gap less than 0.1mm,optimizing laser power to about 1400W,reducing gas flow to 18L/min,increasing swing width by 3mm and swing width by 30Hz can effectively inhibit the porosity of butt weld and outer corner vertical weld of electrical distribution box.
