  • 摘要: 通过对生产现场焊接电源输出端电缆线上不同位置的电压降进行测量,并将测量值与电缆线电压降理论计算值进行对比验证,从而定性地分析焊接电源输出端使用较长电缆线时电压降的大小是否超过焊接参数所允许的误差范围,分析引起电压降的原因,从而为工艺人员在编制焊接工艺指导书时提供参考.

     

    Abstract: Through the production site of welding power output end cable on different positions of the voltage drop measurement,and the measured value and cable voltage drop theoretical calculation value of comparison verification,so as to qualitatively analyze the welding power output end using a long cable voltage drop size is greater than the welding parameters allow error range,analyze the causes of voltage drop,so as to provide reference for the process personnel in the preparation of welding process guidance.
