  • 摘要: 砂型3D打印技术发展速度很快,解决了复杂形状零部件的砂型、砂芯生产问题,突破了先模具再砂型的工艺方式.铸造作为一种传统生产工艺,铸件特征和质量要求不同,工艺方法、铸造材料、工艺参数的选择也相应不同.砂型3D打印技术的应用对铸造工艺设计水平要求较高,复杂产品必须结合铸造工艺设计及工艺模拟软件优化进行.通过砂型3D打印技术介绍和进气管研制案例分析,展现了生产过程中所应用的工艺、技术、方法,为快速制造提供了一种可借鉴的方法.

     

    Abstract: The development of 3D printing technology of sand mold is very fast,which solves the problem of sand mold and sand core production of complex shape parts,and breaks through the process of mold first and then sand mold.As a traditional special production process,the selection of casting process,casting material,casting mode of production and process parameters is different with different casting characteristics and quality requirements.The application of sand mold 3D printing technology requires high level of foundry process design.The complex products must be combined with foundry process design and process simulation optimization software.This paper presents the process,technology and method used in the production of intake pipe through the development of intake pipe.
