电极感应熔炼气雾化制备TA15粉末氧增量研究

Study on oxygenation amount of TA15 powder prepared by electrode induction melting gas atomization

  • 摘要: 采用电极感应熔炼气雾化(EIGA)技术制备TA15钛合金粉末,通过氧、氮、氢分析仪检测粉末氧含量,研究气雾化设备真空度、压升率和气流分级机气体温度对TA15粉末氧增量的影响.结果表明:对TA15粉末氧增量的影响因素中,设备压升率>设备真空度>筛分气体温度,当设备的真空度<10Pa、压升率为15Pa/h、气流机气体温度在25℃以下时,粒径为15~53μm的TA15粉末氧增量为436ppm(1ppm=10-6),粉末氧含量为906ppm,满足增材制造TA15粉末的使用要求.

     

    Abstract: TA15 titanium alloy powder was prepared by electrode induction melting gas atomization(EIGA)process,and the oxygen content of the powder was tested by oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen analyser,and the effects of vacuum degree of the equipment,pressure increase rate and gas temperature on the oxygen increment of TA15 powder were studied.The results show that effect on the oxygen increment of TA15 powder,the equipment pressure increase rate>equipment vacuum>screening gas temperature,when the equipment vacuum<10Pa,the pressure increase rate is 15Pa/h,and the gas temperature of the airflow machine is below 25℃,the oxygen increment of TA15 powder with particle size from 15μm to 53μm is 436ppm,and the oxygen content of the powder is 906ppm,which meets the requirements of TA15 powder for additive manufacturing.
