  • 摘要: 一、铸件结构及工艺难点分析 青岛锻压机械制造有限公司的2500磨盘是典型的厚大类铸钢件,其最大轮廓尺寸为φ2928 mm×685 mm,毛坯重量为11500 kg,铸件材质为ZG270-500,最大壁厚为190 mm.其铸造工艺见下图.
