发动机小尺寸燃油管焊接工艺优化研究

Research on Optimization of Welding Process for Small sized Fuel Pipe of Engine

  • 摘要: 针对发动机小尺寸燃油管手工焊接存在的焊接效率低,焊缝质量不稳定等问题,开展面向小尺寸燃油管的机器人弧焊技术工艺参数优化的研究。基于试验设计方法 (DOE),对电弧焊接工艺参数进行试验,得到最优工艺参数,其最佳方案为焊接速度为 42cm/min、送丝速度为 8.5m/min、修正电弧长度为 -2,初始电流为120A。采用优化后的焊接参数进行批量生产,满足生产质量要求,对小尺寸燃油管的生产制造具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: To solve the issues of low welding efficiency and unstable weld quality in manual welding of small-sized fuel pipes for engines, research on optimizing the process parameters of robot arc welding technology for small-sized fuel pipes is conducted. Based on the Design of Experiments (DOE) method, experiments were conducted on the process parameters of arc welding to obtain the optimal process parameters. The optimal solution was a welding speed of 42cm/min, wire feeding speed of 8.5m/min, corrected arc length of -2, and initial current of 120A. The research results in the paper has certain guiding significance for the production and manufacturing of small-sized fuel pipes.
