  • 摘要: 在实际生产中,磁轭铸钢件的厚壁部位、转角部位,以及砂芯孔或狭长部分,由于钢液的高温浸蚀作用,易产生粘砂缺陷,使铸件清砂困难,增加原材料消耗,表面质量差,生产成本低.针对厚壁铸件的结构特点,改进工艺措施,消除了铸件粘砂缺陷,提高了铸件的工艺出品率.
