Causation and countermeasure for cracks in spring joist of railway passenger car

  • 摘要: 弹簧托梁属铁道客车走行部重要配件,材质为ZG230-450,轮廓尺寸2793mm×760mm×150mm,铸件重270kg.长期以来,在弹簧盘与侧梁过渡部位,内浇口附近裂纹缺陷频发(缺陷部位如附图所示),缺陷严重的清除后内外贯通,造成报废,废品率约3%.同时该缺陷的存在,也对行车安全造成隐患.
