大厚度一体式车钩座板型材挤压研制及应用

Researchand Application of Extruded Profile for integral Large-thickness Coupler Seat Plate

  • 摘要: 基于现有熔化焊、搅拌摩擦焊车钩座板组成形位轮廓尺寸,通过大型前装料挤压机(160MN)采用正向挤压方式成功研制出大断面大厚度一体式车钩座板型材。对大断面大厚度一体式车钩座板型材进行了尺寸、化学成分、力学性能、焊接性能、疲劳性能、腐蚀性能检测、显微组织、低温性能等检测,大厚度车钩面板型材性能满足TB/T 3260.4对应厚度(t≤25 mm)要求,满足批量工业化生产应用需求。对比熔化焊车钩座板、搅拌摩擦焊车钩座板、大断面大厚度一体式车钩座面板力学性能,挤压成型的大断面大厚度一体式车钩座面板具有设计冗余,可进一步对车钩座进行减薄实现车体最大轻量化。

     

    Abstract: Based on the existing shape, position and contour dimensions of the melting welding and friction stir welding hook seat plates, the large cross-section and large thickness hook seat plate profiles were successfully developed by using the forward extrusion method with a large pre-charging extrusion machine (160MN). The large cross-section and large thickness hook seat plate profiles were tested for dimensions, chemical composition, mechanical properties, welding performance, fatigue performance, corrosion performance and microstructure. The performance of the large thickness hook seat plate profiles meets the requirements of TB/T-3260.4 for the corresponding thickness (t25-mm), and meets the requirements for batch industrial production and application. Compared with the mechanical properties of the melting welding hook seat plates, friction stir welding hook seat plates and large cross-section and large thickness hook seat plates, the large cross-section and large thickness hook seat plates formed by extrusion have a larger design redundancy, and the hook seat can be further thinned to achieve the maximum lightweight of the vehicle body.
