45号钢滑轮架轴座的微观组织和断裂原因分析

Analysis of microstructure and fracture mechanism of 45 steel shaft seat of pulley frame

  • 摘要: 针对45钢轴座使用过程中发生的断裂原因进行了分析,并对断裂轴座进行了金相、化学成分、断口形貌进行了观察分析。结果表明:45钢轴座的断口表面大多为解理平面,呈现出典型的脆性断裂特征,局部区域有少量的二次裂纹。断裂轴座的微观组织主要为魏氏组织和晶内的针状铁素体组织,还有极少量的层片状珠光体组织。宏观化学成分符合标准要求,局部区域存在极少量的氧化物夹杂。脆性的魏氏组织是导致轴座断裂的主要原因。

     

    Abstract: The fracture causes of 45 steel shaft seat during service process were analyzed, and the metallography, chemical composition and fracture morphology of the shaft seat were observed. The results show that the fracture surface of 45 steel shaft seat is mostly cleavage plane, showing typical brittle fracture characteristics, and there are a few secondary cracks in local area. The microstructure of the fracture axle is mainly composed of Widmannstatten structure, acicular ferrite and lamellar pearlite structure. The macroscopic chemical composition meets the standard requirements, and there is a very small amount of oxide inclusion in local areas. The brittle Widmannstatten structure is the main cause of shaft seat fracture.
