焊接工艺参数对厚钢板焊接接头力学性能的影响研究

Study on the influence of welding process parameters on the mechanical properties of thick steel plate welded joints

  • 摘要: 为优化钢结构建筑中厚钢板焊接工艺,提高钢结构建筑的施工质量与可靠性,本次在改变脉冲钨极氩弧焊工艺参数的前提下,研究其对25mm厚钢板焊接接头力学性能的影响。以厚度为25mm的05CuPCrNi 耐候钢钢板试件为研究对象,从脉冲频率、焊接电流、焊接速度以及占空比四方面开展其对钢结构建筑中厚钢板焊接接头力学性能的影响研究。测试结果表明,当脉冲频率为1Hz、焊接电流为200A、焊接速度为450mm/min、占空比为50%时,焊接接头抗拉强度、延伸率等力学指标达到最优,应用效果更佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to optimize the welding process of thick steel plate in steel structure building and improve the construction quality and reliability of steel structure building, the influence on the mechanical properties of 25mm thick steel plate welding joints is studied under the premise of changing the process parameters of pulse tungsten pole argon arc welding. With the 05CuPCrNi weather-resistant steel plate test with a thickness of 25mm, the influence of the steel plate on the pulse frequency, welding current, welding speed and duty ratio. The test results show that when the pulse frequency is 1Hz, the welding current is 200A, the welding speed is 450mm / min, and the duty ratio is 50%, the mechanical indexes such as tensile strength and elongation of the welding joint reach the optimal, and the application effect is better.
