  • 摘要: 我国"十一五"规划确立了节能减排工作的硬指标:到2010年单位国内生产总值能耗降低20%左右,主要污染物排放总量减少10%.就热处理行业而言,与先进的发达国家相比,还存在着单位能耗较高,以及发展不平衡、不协调等问题.
