Abstract:
With the rapid development of technology in the field of port and shipping engineering, additive manufacturing is becoming increasingly widespread in industry applications, playing a crucial technical role and posing higher demands on the cultivation of additive manufacturing talents in universities. To solve the current issues in the cultivation process of additive manufacturing talents, such as imperfect teaching systems, single and lagging practical training links, and insufficient integration of industry and education in joint training, this paper combines the needs of the port and shipping engineering discipline, explores research from the aspects of improving teaching content, optimizing practical training modes, innovating talent cultivation modes, and deepening the mechanism of industry-education integration in joint training. This paper explores new paths for the reform of additive manufacturing talent cultivation modes and contributes to the construction of China as a powerful country in transportation and shipping.
