Abstract: In view of the problem of the assembly of the car body room door encountered in the actual production process, the diagonal difference size is frequently excessive. Through three-dimensional simulation analysis, antideformation, adjustment of preset deflection and other optimization process measures are formulated, and then analyzed and summarized according to the feedback of the actual production situation, so as to finally solve the problem and verify the effect of the improvement measures.
