激光选区熔化成形钛合金底座断裂分析

Fracture analysis of laser selective melting forming Ti-6Al-4V base

  • 摘要: 激光选区熔化(Selective Laser Melting , SLM)成形Ti-6Al-4V底座在试验过程中发生断裂失效,通过断口宏观检验、断口扫描电镜及能谱分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、CT检测等方法对断裂的底座进行了分析。结果表明:SLM成形Ti-6AL-4V底座U型槽内部存在大量未熔合缺陷,导致该部位承载能力下降,在试验中瞬间冲击载荷的作用下发生了过载断裂。并提出建议:1、加强打印过程中在线质量监控,识别与分析可能的风险源,强化过程检测控制质量;2、针对原工艺路线上X 射线和荧光检测未检出的问题,建议在原来工艺路线上机加后增加工业CT 检测工序。

     

    Abstract: The fracture failure of Ti-6Al-4V base in laser selective melting process was analyzed by means of fracture macroscopic inspection, fracture scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic , metallographic analysis and CT detection.The results shou that there are a largr number of unfused defects in the U-shaped groove of Ti-6Al-4V base formed by SLM, which leads to the decrease of the bearing capacity of the part, and the overload fracture occurs under the action of instantaneous impact load in the test.Suggestions are put forward: 1、Strengthen online quality monitoring in the printing process, identify and analyze possible risk sources, and strengthen the quality of process detection and control;2、in view of the problems not detected by X-ray and flu orescence detection on the original process route, it is recommended to add industrial CT detection process after machine addition on the original process route.
